BRAD MCNAMARA TESTIMONIAL MATCH CAP

Cap worn in the Brad McNamara Testimonial match in the 1997-98 season.

The match featured many Australian players including:

Steve Waugh, Mark Waugh, Justin Langer, Michael Bevan, Glen McGrath, Michael Slater, Mark Taylor, and Merv Hughes. Umpire Arthur Watson was also involved in the match. 

McNamara represented NSW in the late 1980s and 1990s in First Class and List A fixtures. He still holds the First-class 10th wicket partnership record with Phil Alley, an unbroken 138-run partnership against Tasmania.

McNamara was also best man at former Australian captain Steve Waugh's wedding.
